Lower floor

Garden and external details

The villa exits on the south-side via the living room to a veranda offering two spacious sitting areas and a full-service bar area for serving food and drinks. Separate doors open from the kitchen to a second veranda with room for up to 18 people to sit and spend time together during the summer. The gardens are landscaped with grass and easy to maintain, providing breath taking views out towards Yakakoy Valley, the Greek island of Kos, and the tip of Knidos. The garden offers lots of open-air privacy.
