Main house

The main building offers 135m2 of internal space and is a single floor stone home entering into a spacious living room with panoramic windows offering incredible views. Offset from the lounge is a dining room and kitchen with a sea view. Access is provided to a patio with barbecue and the main terrace overlooking the Bay of Selimiye.

A study has a warm fireplace, inviting you to sit down with a book or spend an evening in. A large parental bedroom easily has room for two, while a bathroom is fully equipped. The house has a basement / laundry room and a roof terrace to enjoy. There is a 7m3 water storage facility.

Guesthouse

Next to the main building is a beautiful brick and whitewashed guesthouse. Upon entering the guesthouse on the ground floor, there is a large open plan designed living room with offset kitchen area. Two bedrooms provide room for two adults in each room, while there is a shower / toilet completing this floor. Front and back terraces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet moment with a loved one.

Studio

The first floor of the guesthouse is currently furnished as an open plan designed studio. The studio has a small kitchen and bathroom. The studio would be perfect for adult children or friends to use. A sea view terrace has lots of room to unwind and take in a wonderful view. The studio and guesthouse have separate entrances for some added privacy.

Garden and external details

Sitting in a large private 1,396m2 plot, the garden offers ample room for spending time outside. Terraces provide space for sitting in the sun or relaxing in the shade depending on the weather. A bird’s eye view looks down across the village and Bay of Selimiye and its surrounding mountains. The garden is planted with almond and olive trees, while there is also a vegetable garden. Completing the garden is a depot / workshop / storage area and a parking area with room for up to three cars at any one time.

It takes around 35 minutes to drive from Selimiye to the resort of Marmaris where you will find an abundance of things to do and a lively atmosphere during the summer period. Catamaran trips from Marmaris include heading out to the Greek islands of Rhodes and Simi.

Quiet in the winter for those looking to escape, Selimiye awakes during the summer, as the village becomes a lively, yet still relatively peaceful, seaside resort with plenty of cafes and restaurants to dine out and spend time with friends. A 2km shoreline offers opportunities for yachtsmen and discerning holidaymakers.
