About the house

On the ground floor you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms feature individually controlled under-floor heating for the winter, and air-conditioning for the summer.  

On the first floor you will find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, all offering fine views across the magnificent Selimiye Bay and nearby mountains. The lounge has an open-hearth fireplace.

The total contents of the house, including furniture, domestic appliances, carpets and general equipment for the house and garden are available for sale, allowing a new owner to move in to the house and use it immediately – please contact us for more information on that.

Garden and external details

The well-stocked garden contains many olive and fruit trees, including orange, lemon, peach, apricot and avocado. An outside kitchen and dining area with its own refrigerator, sink and barbecue are located under a vine and wisteria-covered pergola next to an impressive 6.5m x 4.5m swimming pool.

On the other side of the house, a further barbecue area is located next to a large patio featuring a fine black and white stone mosaic, typical of the nearby island of Rhodes.

The house is connected to the village mains water supply but has an additional back-up storage of 7 metric tonnes.
